Microsoft GIF Animator: Create simple animated GIF

“GIF Animator” is a free animation software designed by Microsoft on 1995. It’s a very simple tool, with which you will be able to create your own animated GIF.

It was downloadable from the Microsoft Download Center, but is now only available on freeware download websites.
